Josh Novotney

Prior to joining Covenant Government Affairs, Joshua Novotney served as a Partner at SBL Strategies, LLC. Previously, Josh served as Senior Advisor and Political Director for U.S. Senator Pat Toomey (former Ranking Member and Chair of the Senate Banking Committee and former Member of the Senate Finance Committee; formerly on Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee) in his Senate office for over 4 years. Mr. Novotney continued his work in support of the Senator running his Super PAC for his re-election in 2016.

Mr. Novotney also worked for multiple U.S. Senators and Governors over his career of almost 20 years as both political and official advisors.
