Jeff Duncan is a Founding Partner of Covenant Government Affairs and is a former member of Congress who served on key committees for Energy & Commerce, Natural Resources, Homeland Security and Foreign Affairs.

Jeff Loveng is a Founding Partner of Covenant Government Affairs and formerly held the position of Managing Partner at SBL Strategies. Additionally, Jeff served as the Chief of Staff for Congressman Bill Shuster, former Chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee.

Chad Bradley is a Founding Partner of Covenant Government Affairs. Before establishing Covenant Government Affairs, Chad was a Managing Partner at SBL Strategies, LLC and also worked as Deputy Chief of Staff and professional staff for Senator James M. Inhofe.

Cassie Roper is a Partner with Covenant Government Affairs, where she serves as a strategic Government Affairs Consultant specializing in defense policy, nuclear security, and advanced technologies.

Before joining Covenant Government Affairs, Joshua Novotney was a Partner at SBL Strategies, LLC. Earlier, Josh worked as Senior Advisor and Political Director for U.S. Senator Pat Toomey.

Rachael Aughtman is Covenant's Director of Operations, with more than 14 years of experience in financial management and accounting. Before this position, she was a Chief Administrative Officer & Human Resources Director, often taking on the responsibilities of Comptroller.
